Aagh! The Complexity! It Burns!

Today I remembered a certain tutorial I had saved in my bookmarks a while ago. I only understood about a quarter of it when I read it first, and now I understand about half...The tutorial was created by the makers of N, an amazingly complex game from the programming aspect.
